Drop Us a Line
A message from a reader is one of the nicest things to find in the inbox. Many of our articles started as someone else's question, and the most useful corrections have come from people who knew a subject better than we did. Here is how to reach us.
Email is the way in
We keep one inbox and all four of us read it: office@bronzantiq.com. The form on this page is a shortcut: it opens your own email program with your message already in place, so nothing is sent until you choose to send it. We do not offer phone support or a postal address for reader mail.
Good reasons to write
- A question we have not answered. Something about films, home tech, hobbies, events or travel that you could not find a straight answer to.
- A correction. Tell us the page and the passage, and what you think is wrong or outdated.
- A result. Tried one of our guides, like starting a jigsaw puzzle or starting a book club? We like hearing how it went.
- Something about the site. Accessibility problems, a broken link or a question about privacy.
What helps us reply
A link to the article you mean, the line in question and a sentence about what you were trying to do. That is usually all we need. Please do not send passwords, account numbers or other sensitive personal details by email.
What we are not able to do
We are an editorial team, not a shop, a service provider or a help desk. We cannot fix a device, sort out a subscription, book a trip or step into a dispute with a company mentioned in an article; the business itself is the right contact for that. We also do not give personal legal, medical or financial advice.
When to expect an answer
We read everything, normally within a few days. Corrections jump the queue. If a question turns into an article, we may ask whether you would like a mention; otherwise your name and message stay between us, as set out in our privacy policy.
Before you write
If you are curious about who will read your message, a look behind the pages introduces the team. Otherwise, go ahead: we would love to hear from you.
Asked often
Worth knowing before you write
Answers to the questions that reach our inbox most often.
Can you help me set up my TV box or subscription?
We are writers rather than a support desk, so the maker of the device or the service provider is the best contact. Our guides may still point you in the right direction.
Do articles mention particular shops or services?
Yes, now and then, sometimes with a link. Treat a mention as a lead for your own comparison rather than a verdict on quality.
I found a mistake. Will you fix it?
Yes, gladly. Send the page link and the line in question, and corrections are handled before anything else.
How quickly do you reply?
We read every message, usually within a few days. Simple questions may get a short answer; good ones may turn into articles.

Why reader mail matters to us
Several of our favorite guides began as a single email from someone stuck on a question we had never thought to ask.
So if something on the site confused you, sent you down the wrong path or simply made your evening better, we would genuinely like to know.
